Dear Home Office,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Evidence for claim about accuracy of polygraph tests'.
In your initial response you suggest that I contact the MoJ. I have now had a response back from the MoJ and they advise that they do not hold the requested information either and that the Home Office should indeed hold the information I requested. They also suggested I should request a review of the initial response provided by the Home Office.
Therefore, given that the MoJ do not hold the information, and the advice that they have provided, I would request that an independent review is conducted by the Home Office.
I look forward to hearing from you in due course.
Yours faithfully,
Ally Tibbitt
