report this - no records are kept of individual void properties by MKC

7. Over the past twelve months how many evicted ex-Council licensees have

persons personal property? - No cost as property remains in the actual
address until legal possession of items left in there

the past twelve months? - N/A - no items stored

property of evicted persons? - N/A - property remains secured until
miscellaneous provisions notice is valid
11. Under what circumstances do the local authority dispose of the
personal property of evicted persons? - Once a miscellaneous provisions
notice becomes valid and we have legal possession of the items left in the
property
12. Under what legal basis does the local authority dispose of the
personal property of evicted persons? - Miscellaneous provisions notice is
served and becomes valid at which point items are responsibility of MKC to
deal with
13. Please detail when the local authority started disposing of evicted
persons personal property seven days after eviction? - N/A - as above

officers regarding disposing of personal property left behind by
