Dear Ministry of Defence,

This request for information under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 concerns the use of the Milner Field site on Higher Coach
Road, off Primrose Lane, Gilstead, Bingley, West Yorkshire, within
the United Kingdom. It is the former home of Titus Salt Jnr, the
son of Sir Titus Salt, founder of Salts Mill and the village of
Saltaire, now subject to UNESCO World Heritage Site status.

I am requesting the following information in accordance with any
applicable laws which may either permit or restrict disclosure of
the information requested. Where any restriction is supposedly
permitted, please quote the specific Act of Parliament and
subsection of any Act together with the reason why you consider any
such restriction / withholding of any requested information
appropriate as per your interpretation of any Act and in accordance
with your professional title and duties contained within. (For the
purpose of this request, references to the Ministry of Defence will
be abbreviated to MoD.)

Please specify each and every date (dd/mm/yyyy) or where necessary
period (dd/mm/yyyy – dd/mm/yyyy) when the site in question was
under the administration of the MoD.

Please specify the reason as to why the MoD utilised the site for
each of the dates and, if applicable, periods in question.

Please specify the activities undertaken by the MoD on the site for
each of the dates and, if applicable, periods in question.

Please specify the criteria implemented that deemed the site
suitable for each and every purpose within the dates and, if
applicable, periods in question.

Please provide any references, images or accounts as recorded by
MoD personnel which make any reference to the site either within or
outside the dates and, if applicable, the periods in question, if
in the possession of the MoD and where law permits. (Please
otherwise refer to paragraph two of this request if any such
information exists and is deemed exempt from this request.)
