Thank you for your request for information received on 16 August 2017, in
which you asked for the following information:

I would like to see the full breakdown of the scoring and evaluators notes
for all bids received in response to the Invitation to Tender for a
Framework Agreement for the Provision of Adaptation Works to Properties
where Residents have Disabilities - Contract Reference 243435654 issued
March 2017

Our response is as follows:

We consider this information is exempt from the Freedom of Information Act
under Section 43.

Section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act allows us to withhold
information if to provide it would be likely to prejudice the commercial
interests of any person and it is in the public interest to withhold the
information. We think that to disclose the information requested, would
prejudice the commercial interests of the Companies who submitted a tender
response for this contract opportunity. Therefore we are unable to provide
this information.

We are able to provide you with the names of the  successful bidders which
