EUSS - SRC call and email volumes
Dear Home Office,
I make this request on behalf of the Public Law Project.
At paragraph 6.11 of the ICIBI's recent report on the EU Settlement Scheme (available here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...) it states that ‘Figure 3 shows the SRC call and email volumes for the period 30 March to 31 August 2019, together with the average length of calls and time taken to respond to an email.’
Please could you, within the limits of the FOIA, provide the most-up to date statistics, for the following in relation to the EUSS Resolution Centre:
1. The total number of calls received
2. The average length of phone call
3. The total number of emails received
4. Average response time for emails
If you consider that there is an issue with cost limit (there should not be), please prioritise providing statistics for the most recent months.
Yours faithfully,
Alice Welsh
