Eurovision Song Contest fee

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

I am writing to request information on the money spent by the BBC on the Eurovision Song Contest participation in total (i.e. the fee to the EBU, the costs on the selection process, the costs for flights & hotels etc) and how this compares to other BBC Saturday night shows (as I believe it is relatively extremely good value for money).

Yours faithfully,
Alan Sedgwick
