European Operational Policy Team notices from Apr 2013 to Oct 2014

Robert Simpson made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Home Office,

This is a FOI request for a copy of notices issued by the European Operational Policy Team. I would like all notices between and including 1 April 2013 and 21 October 2014.

Should any portion of the material be exempt from release by statute, I ask that the minimal possible portion of material be redacted, and the rest of the material be released in its entirety.

Please mark each individual redaction with the relevant FOI legal excuse(s) for withholding that specific section.

Should any notice be withheld in its entirety, I would request that the “Subject”, “date of issue”, and “Issue number”, and number of pages in the notice be provided, along with the specific reasons that the notice was withheld.

While I hope this request is clear, if you have any questions about it, please immediately send me an email so I can clarify. By doing this, we can save ourselves time and effort.

Yours faithfully,

Robert Simpson

Same thing happened with my request. New tactic by the home office perhaps?

Actually I have found the European Operational Policy team seems to be very straight forward in responding correctly to FOI requests. So I am optimistic!

A few of the other Home Office teams seem almost obstructionist until the ICO gets involved.
