EU Settlement scheme - relevant case management systems

The request was partially successful.

Dear Home Office,

In the EU Settlement Scheme (interim guidance): Gender identity and sex markers on documents you are referring to “relevant case management system”(Page 6).
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk...

This indicates that you are running at least two case management systems.

Please provide a list of all system used and for each system:
A) Name of system
B) Purpose of system
C) type of application/applicant held on system
D) List of personal record fields/markers held on system (if any of the attributes fall under any FOI Act exemption, provide the fields/markers that are not [no blanket refusal])

Please also confirm which system holds data of all applicants. If no system holds data of all applicants please provide details of which cohort of applicants or type of application is held and/or which cohort/type is excluded from each of the systems used.

Should any of the above requested information fall under any of the permissible exemptions within the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I am expecting that all other parts of the request are still provided [no blanket refusal].

Yours faithfully,

Axel Antoni
