EU FP7 project INDECT
Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to request a copy of all current project documentation for "UE FP7 INDECT Project: "Intelligent information system supporting observation, searching and detection for security of citizens in urban environment".
I would also like to know how many people are currently assigned to work on this project within the University of York and what the estimated time of completion is for this project.
Yours faithfully,
Mr D.Elliot
Dear Mr Elliot,

requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by

Dear Mr Elliot,
Further to the University's response of 19 November 2009 and its request
for clarification as to whether it was particularly information relating
to the York WP4 project you required, I note that you have marked the
request as successful but have not responded to the above question. Could
I ask you please to clarify whether it is just the WP4/York project work
you are interested in?
The decision to disclose or otherwise is solely a matter for this
University. Discussions with the wider project and European Commission are
proceeding, but are complicated and are likely to be prolonged by the
number of stakeholders concerned. Your response to my request for
clarification would therefore better enable us to ensure you receive the
particular information you require as expediently as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you and will continue to keep you informed
as to the progress of your enquiry.
Yours sincerely,
Charles Fonge

I note that the two University of York web pages mentioned in the University's first response on 19 November 2009 are no longer functioning! Leaving the Cordis page only with vague and non-specific information about this project.
Can we look forward to seeing the final project report in 4 years time (compulsory on finish of an EU project) in the public domain?
