Please could this data could be stratified according to these three
groups:

Senior leadership team (however your faculty defines this e.g. Deans, Vice
Deans, Associate Deans, Heads of School)
Clinical Faculty
Non-Clinical Faculty

2) A breakdown (% or number) of undergraduate and postgraduate (if
applicable) medical students in 2020-2021, broken down by ethnicity and
gender. Ethnicity groups can be presented as White British, Black
Afro-Caribbean, Indian etc.

As regards the information on Senior Leadership the University does hold this information. However, there are a very small number of cases (less than 5) and in providing this information to this level it would substantially increase the risk of persons being identified. The information is exempt by virtue of Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act entitled Personal Information. As this information would constitute the individual's personal data as defined under Article 4 of the UK GDPR, to release the information would breach the data protection principle concerning fairness. The figures provided under cover of our original response include the Senior team.
