The request was successful.

Dear University of Cambridge,

I am investigating ethnicity at Russell Group institutions, and would like to make a request for the following information under the FOI act:

1) The number and percentage of students admitted each academic year (undergraduate and postgraduate) broken down by ethnicity, e.g. White British: 69.9%, Indian, 4.5% etc., for the years 2014-2017. I am aware that the categories of ethnicity will depend on your own institution, and how you collect data.
2) The percentage of successful applicants admitted each academic year (undergraduate and postgraduate) broken down by ethnicity, e.g. White British: 20.1% applicants successful, Indian, 30.1% applicants successful etc., for the years 2014-2017. I am aware that the categories of ethnicity will depend on your own institution, and how you collect data.
3) The number and percentage of students admitted for the academic year 2017/18 (undergraduate and postgraduate), for each individual course, broken down by ethnicity, e.g. Biology BSc: White British: 69.9% etc. I am aware that the categories of ethnicity will depend on your own institution, and how you collect data.

I believe that these data would be best represented as a spreadsheet.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Yours faithfully,

Thomas Ericson
