Thank you for your request for information regarding ethnic monitoring.
Your request was received on 19^th March 2012 and I am dealing with it
under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. A response will be
sent to you within 20 days, I calculate the deadline to be 18^th April
2012.

 

Please note that Mid Essex, West Essex and North East Essex PCTs are now
working as North Essex PCT Cluster. Therefore, if your request is received
by more than one of these organisations, the Cluster may be forwarding a
joint response to you.

 

In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case, I will
let you know.  A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be
required to pay before we will proceed to deal with your request.

 

If you have any queries, please contact me, quoting the reference number
above.

Matthew,

 

Further to your request under the Freedom Of Information Act, received on
19^th March 2012, please find the Trust's response attached.

 

If you are unhappy with our response to your request, you do have the
right to request us to review it. Your request should be made within 40
working days of receipt of this letter, and we will reply within 20
working days of receipt. If our decision is unchanged following a review
and you remain dissatisfied with this, you then have the right to make a
formal complaint to the Information Commissioner.

 

I also need to inform you that it is our policy to publish a summary of
all requests for information made under the Freedom of Information Act and
subsequent responses on our website on an annual basis.
