As a result of the below request an internal review as now extremely urgent !

THIS IS FROM YOUR REPLY BELOW

'I am afraid that the Office for Judicial Complaints are only able to investigate complaints regarding the personal conduct of a judicial office holder. If you wish to complain about the service you received from the court then I advise contacting the HMCS Customer Service Unit at the following address:'

Therefore I am complaining that Judge Gamble has given his office and name to be used by unqualfied or biased admin at DWP & admin Nottingham DLA SS.COMMISSIONERS & TRIBUNALS SERVICE to make illegal decisions with bias[ fraud?} in their favour, because structured like a marketing call centres ,on contracts , remits and procedures.

Also Neil Garnham QC Deputy High Ct Judge and anyone legal employed on contract at Appeals Tribunals not monitoring how their administration is working or being contactable - as bought in - like the Specialists in hospitals. This is madness!
None of documents before Royal Courts of Justice he Judge Gamble has ever signed with QC Neil Garnham also not noticing [ or did someone else use his name .. This has caused severe financial and health[ cardiac arrest] loss and injustice again .

What is going on there is there nobody qualified overseeing and you do nothing? How many people have suffered miscarriages of justice as a result? As I pointed this out to HMCS on MA 2003 which had to extend for a year because of their deliberate delaying techniques. So known since then and done nothing? So request an Internal review orally to address severe losses .
What is more important process or fundamentally serious issues like this

Dear Sir or Madam,

Who [ name and organisation [] is responsible for installing the judiciary and making sure Tribunals decisions are carried out fairly and that the administration are not making the legal decisions with bias unmonitored ?

When there is noone is this not a serious proof the system has become corrupted with a breach of human rights to a fair hearing/ trial so who is going to address this serious lapse that has cost me financially, and in health terms, dearly . Suspect because the Senior leaders are financially benefitting & contracted in once in a blue moon wool is pulled over their eyes??!!This is a breach of my civil liberties . No wonder the public are not voting ??!!So requestan oral meeting with someone not on a remit or contracted in.

PS Iknow am dyspraxic but even more confused with below . How does it resolve? Seem as if someone is copying from a pamphlet ??!!

Dear Julie,

Thank you for your email of 15th May 2009. I hope you
will find it helpful if I explain that the role of the Office for
Judicial Complaints (OJC) is to support the Lord Chief Justice and
the Lord Chancellor in their joint responsibilities for judicial
conduct and discipline. Their responsibilities cover matters
relating to allegations of personal misconduct in the way that a
judicial office holder has behaved, whether inside or outside of
the courtroom. Issues of personal conduct include, but are not
restricted to, use of profane, sexist, or racist language, behaving
aggressively, or shouting. Where incidents involving the personal
conduct of a judicial office holder occur, the Office for Judicial
Complaints will make further enquiries. If allegations of personal
misconduct are substantiated, The Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief
Justice will jointly decide what disciplinary action, if any, is
necessary. Neither the Lord Chief Justice, the Lord Chancellor nor
officials in this Office, is able to consider or intervene with
complaints about judicial decisions. The only way in which a
judicial decision can be challenged is by appeal to a higher court.
I am afraid that the issue raised in your email falls outside of
the remit of this office so I am unable to assist you. If you

With regards to your query as to who is responsible for installing the
judiciary this is the Judicial Appointments Commission who are based in
Steel House, 11 Tothill Street. They can be contacted on 0203 334 0453.

However, there is no organisation that monitors judicial decisions, if you
feel the judicial decision in your case was wrong the only avenue open to
yourself is the legal appeals process.

As you are aware, the role of the Office for Judicial Complaints is to
cover matters relating to allegations of personal misconduct in the way
that a judicial office holder has behaved, whether inside or outside of
the courtroom. I am sorry to hear of the financial and health problems you
have suffered, however an oral meeting is not a service we can provide.
You may wish to address your concerns to your local MP.

What is going on? These people say they have nothing to do with the administrative court at Royal Courts of Justice no wonder suffering civil liberties human rights abuse - fair hearing . Nobody knows.Open to abuse? Apparently statistics show something very wrong .? Who is looking into this ? They are saying it is HMCS but it was they who committed the fraud??In 2001 they said had no discretion - Democratic !! Not instigating a Tribunal Decision - only half ??!!When decision was wrong when first applied which we showed via evidence they deliberately destroyed . How come Admin have not same standards *code of conduct .How can the unqualified make legal decisions anarchaiacaly whilst those qualified have certain rules. ?

The responsibilities for the independence of the court is a constitutional law matter, which is vouchsafed by those who take a vow to uphold that independence when entering office.

The rules and limitations by which judges are bound are on line: just Google "the Civil Procedure Rules" (the CPR), and "The English legal system Bench Book" for either of them.

Maybe you could look at all together regarding structure and

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to make law that
PAs, Call Centre etc pass on discretionary issues to someone full
time not on a remit to urgently resolve

That issues not process dictated by solecorprate directors, should
take precedence and individual oral case studies should be used
with correct written recording [ signed by both parties] until
resolved .

PAs & Admin should not be sending issues for management such as
intervention [ MP] to those restricted by remits such as Complaints
& Managers in Offices and Call centres.Or blaming cutting off [
such as Ombudsmen] to libel so protecting their backs. So please

As Consumer Direct is an enquiry line and others pass on , what is
the process if they are told the system is being maladministrated
particularly by those on remits Complaints and Courts causing civil
liberties abuse ? Are your Directors & Leaders also contactable for
discretion or are they employing the same process - contracted in,
so that has caused system to become corrupt and if you are an
individual your admins appear to be colluding with those operating
against the law .

How are Trading Standards going to be reinstated for individuals -
everyone . I request ongoing meetings to resolve situations where
am being defrauded & Pollce, LA and you allowing it to happen 5/6
issues NB on this site my requests .

deliberately not understand not give number wind up and blame every
time .This is why you are a total waste of taxpayers money and time
and soon are no longer the better Bring back Trading Standards [
not the ones you can never contact] . It takes a certain

Please also check admin justice and tribunals council who can't
find on site & behaviour of legal and justice organisations
regarding deliberate destruction of evidence and overiding of
Appeal Tribunal Decision by admin of DWP? .I also have a legal
expert witness who will confirm the conduct of most call centres -
blaming - punishing ignoring , neglecting .
