Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service did not have the information requested.

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

I would like to know how many EU-8 migrant workers are bringing cases before ETs, what those cases are about, and how successful those claims are before tribunals.

To that end I would be grateful if you could provide a breakdown (by nationality and number) of ET cases brought between 2007-2013 by nationals of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. I would be grateful if application references could be provided alongside raw numbers of cases so that I can interrograte the files for information about the nature and success of the claims.

Yours faithfully,

Amy Ludlow
