Dear Fife Council,

Could you please provide me with some planning and spend information from your Council:
- Estimated future spend on building new schools and nursery buildings including new extensions to existing sites for period 2017-18 to 2021-22, for each year individually.
- Name, email address and phone number of person in charge of the procurement of such contracts and the client representative of such contracts.
- What forms of contract do you typically utilise for these contracts such as NEC3, SBCC Design and Build etc?
- What different methods of procurement do you utilise to build new schools and nurseries (including school and nursery extensions).
