Can you please tell me the following information regarding the Estates Department,

1) The Current number of PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) hours per year you have for your sites.

2) The Estimated Reactive/Breakdown maintenance repairs per year you have for your sites, In total number of repairs & total hours.

3) The number and size of the sites you maintain.

4) The number of directly employed multi skilled trade staff and the total "man" hours available each year.

5) The total number of Admin & Management staff directly employed for both Estates Maintenance and Capital Projects.

6) The Annual cost of any external maintenance company you may use and length of contract period. Excluding any specialist services e.g. Pest Control, Legionella Testing, CSSD/HSDU Decontamination Eqipment Testing, Lifts, Security Systems & Auto Doors. Just external maintenance contractors providing Electrical, Mechanical & Building/Carpentry Maintenance.

7) An Itemised Annual cost and length of contract for any External Specialist Contracted services you may use e.g. Pest Control, Legionella Testing, CSSD/HSDU Decontamination Eqipment Testing, Lifts, Security Systems & Auto Doors.

I am writing to request an internal review of Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Estates Staffing & Costings'.

It has now been over 2 months from my initial request that should have by law, been answered within 20 working days. Is their any danger of my request being answered any time soon?
