Estates Director contact details, masterplan and procurement practices

The request was successful.

Dear Cranfield University,

Dear Sir or Madam

I am currently undertaking customer relations management research on behalf of PDP Green based in Truro, Cornwall. As part of this research, I require certain information regarding your estates department and procurement policy.

1 Your procurement policy and framework for external contractors.
2 The start and end dates of the frameworks
3 The titles and content of the frameworks
4 Any possible extension periods to the frameworks
5 The companies appointed under the current frameworks, in particular regarding construction services.

However, if there is no procurement framework, then how does the university procure construction services?

Furthermore, I request to know your estates strategy, and whether you have a masterplan for your future development.

Yours faithfully,

James Frondella
