Dear Redbridge Council,

Your Housing Strategy 2017-2022 says that the Council has carried out an 'Estate Capacity Study' in order "to identify potential opportunities for additional affordable housing delivery .. through infilling or additional floors on existing buildings and comprehensive redevelopment of estates to maximise affordable housing delivery."

Please provide me with a copy of this Estate Capacity Study and any such more recent reports related to the redevelopment of Redbridge's council estates.
