Essential Repair/ Winter Warmth/ Discretionary Grant
Dear Oxford City Council,
For the past four years, please provide details of the dates and payments for all allocations of the Essential Repair, Winter Warmth, and Discretionary Grants awarded by the Council.
I am requesting the dates and payments only, without any information regarding the addresses or identities of individual beneficiaries. Therefore, the requested information does not fall under the S40 exemption, as there is nothing to link it to the identity of any individual or household.
