ESF Funding and Implication of Brexit

Dear Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council,
Under the freedom of information (Scotland) act 2002, I am requesting the following information:
Please advise what will happen to any ESF provision as a result a brexit?
Please advise the total amount of ESF funding per Financial Year for 2017/18, 2016/2017, 2016/15 2015/14 and for AY 2013/14, 2012/13, 2011/12 2010/11 2009/10?
For each year please break this amount down per college (please show figures for each separate assigned college)?
Please provide a narrative on the decision and reasoning's by EU to provide ESF ?
Please supply a copy of the conditions of Grant to the SFC from the Scottish Ministers/EU (including any amendments)?
Please supply a copy of the conditions of Grant from SFC to all Colleges within the sector (please include variances for all assigned colleges if there are any)? (including any amendments)?
Please advise the lines of accountability for the overseeing of the proper use of ESF funding?
Please advise what reporting methods are in place, to report the best value and/or any other statistics required by the Scottish Ministers or the EU?
Please advise if there have been any incidences reported of impropriety or alleged impropriety of the use of ESF.
Please supply in electronic format.
I would just like to clarify by requesting a narrative re ESF, I would like the strategic and specific purposes of any grant funding received by the FE Sector and any and all conditions attached to this funding for SFC and additionally the Scottish Colleges.
Please advise if any of these funds are ring fenced, and provide adequate recorded information to evidence the steps that SFC ensure that ESF funding is spent in line with your guidance and conditions of grant.
