Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
Please provide me with the following information.
The number of applications for ESC A19 concession submitted to HMRC, in each of the last 5 tax years.
The number of applications for ESC A19 concession that were initially rejected at the point of first request by HMRC, in each of the last 5 tax years.
The number of applications for ESC A19 concession that were initially rejected by HMRC and then subsequently granted after a request for review, in each of the last 5 tax years.
The number of applications for ESC A19 concession that were rejected by HMRC at the review stage and subsequently referred by the claimant for reconsideration under the HMRC complaints - appeals procedure,in each of the last 5 tax years.
The number of decisions made in favour of the ESC A19 concession claimant under the HMRC complaints - appeals procedure,in each of the last 5 tax years.
