ESA and PIP assessments and the Decision Maker
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I would like to request the following four questions.
1) Ann Taylor was stated as the decision maker of the ESA and PIP decision letter. Could you please tell us her full medical qualifications? Can you tell us the minimal medical qualification required if Executive Officers are the ones who actually makes the decision?
2) Why does DWP not reveal the actual decision maker's name on the ESA and PIP decision letter? I ask this because it would make it difficult for the clients to find out who the actual decision maker is and her/his medical qualifications.
3) Can you tell us how many ESA WCA decision has been made in July 2017 and August 2017?
4) Can you tell us how many PIP decision has been made in July 2017 and August 2017?
Yours faithfully,
faith
