Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please can you let me know if a claimant must to attend an ESA WCA face-to-face Assessment if they have not been provided with an ESA50 WCA form to fill in.

Please tell me what a Scrutiny Assessment is.

Please provide me with details how can a claimant request for their ESA50 WCA to be assessed under Scrutiny.

Please tell me what the procedure for a claimant is to have their esa50 assessment under Scrutiny.

Please tell me what the procedure for a claimant is to request for a paper-based esa50 WCA assessment.

Please tell me who is the person responsible for your ESA WCA Assessment complaint department please provide their name, office address and email address.

Please provide me with email address under the Equality Rights Act for claimant to get in touch with the DWP officer if that is their only form contact due to their ill health.

Please let me know what is criteria for a claimant to meet in order to be put in the support group for those with mental health such Agoraphobia, Severe Anxieties and panic attacks and depression.

Please let me know who process the ESA50 WCA form once its received

Please provide me with the PIP guidance staff handbook.
