Dear DWP OPD COO FOI Requests,

I have clients who are unable to complete a paper form, but who are
able to use a keyboard. By not providing a form that can be
completed on screen, I believe you are discriminating.

Why is it necessary to be so unhelpful?. I will simply make another
request that is slightly differently worded, so you may as well
just save time and provide the copy I have asked for.

Yours sincerely,

Jim Cook
