Dear Staffordshire County Council,

I understand that The Education Service for Travellers (ES4T) is a consortium of three local authorities (Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Staffordshire) and that Staffordshire CC purchases the services of two Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Advisory Teachers who are based in Wolverhampton.

I would like to see the partnering agreement between the consortium and the contract for the services purchased.

If different arrangements have been made, please advise me of those.
