Dear Child Support Agency,

I would like to know the number of Northern Ireland based staff at AO level in the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Division who made errors in calculating their annual leave allowance for 2011/2012 and who were spoken to in late 2011 in relation to this error.

I would like to know the breakdown of these people by community background (i.e. whether they were from a Protestant, Catholic or other background) and by their existing box mark (performance appraisal) score at the time that they were spoken to.

Of those who took more leave than they were entitled can you please make known what level of disciplinary action (informal warning, formal warning, discplinary action, suspension) was meted out to each, by community background and by box mark?
