Thank you for your email.  This is to acknowledge receipt of your
request.  Your request will be re- directed to an officer who will respond
appropriately under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Freedom of Information Act 2000.  These may prevent the Council from
releasing all or some of the information you have asked for.   You will,

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the
Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. You asked
the following:
 
1. What ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) or Finance system is
currently used at the council? Integra
2. When does your contract expire?
3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?
4. Are you planning to go to market for a different ERP/ Finance system?
If so, when?
5. How many users / licenses of the system do you have at the council?
6. Who is the person responsible for your ERP / Finance system? Please
provide full name, title and contact information if possible.
 
I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the late response
to your request for information. I am sorry that South Lakeland District
Council did not respond to your information request within the statutory
20 working days as directed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I
am grateful for your patience regarding this matter and I am sorry if this
has caused any inconvenience to you.
 
I can confirm the following:
 
1, Integra
2, There is currently no single contract for the Finance system but a
series of contracts for various modules which are rolled forward annually.
3, The Integra 2 upgrade is currently being tested. [The individual
modules expire as follows:
        Main ledgers  - 31 May
        Purchase ordering - 31 March
        Interfaces - 31 July
        E Series - 31 March
        BDM (Budget Module) 30 Nov]
4, There are no current plans.
5, There is a site licence agreement. There are currently circa 110 users
of the system.
