With reference to your request received on 06 July 2015 about ERP/finance
systems, we would respond as follows:-

 

1.What ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) or Finance system is currently
used at the council?  Agresso - Rother DC is in partnership with Hastings
Borough Council and Lewes District Council (who are the lead authority).

 

2.When does your contract expire?    Rolling annual support and
maintenance agreement only.   

 

3.Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?       
There are currently no major plans to upgrade

 

4.Are you planning to go to market for a different ERP/ Finance system? If
so, when?     No

 

5.How many users / licenses of the system do you have at the council?
  Single license shared between Lewes District Council, Rother District
Council, Hastings Borough Council. Currently approx. 150 users at Rother
District Council

 

6.Who is the person responsible for your ERP / Finance system? Please
provide full name, title and contact information if possible.
