ERP/Finance Systems

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Lewes District Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Please could you provide the following information regarding your ERP / Finance system:

1. What ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) or Finance system is currently used at the council?

2. When does your contract expire?

3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?

4. Are you planning to go to market for a different ERP/ Finance system? If so, when?

5. How many users / licenses of the system do you have at the council?

6. Who is the person responsible for your ERP / Finance system? Please provide full name, title and contact information if possible.

Unit 4 (Agresso)

 

2. When does your contract expire?

 

Rolling annual support and maintenance agreement only.

 

3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?

 

No major upgrades planned.

 

4. Are you planning to go to market for a different ERP/ Finance system?
If so, when?

 

No current plans to go to market and unlikely to do so within the next 2/3
years.

 

5. How many users / licenses of the system do you have at the council?

 

Single license shared between Lewes District Council, Rother District
Council, Hastings Borough Council. Currently approx. 600 users across the
three Councils.

 

6. Who is the person responsible for your ERP / Finance system? Please
provide full name, title and contact information if possible.
