Thank you for your request on the 26th May 2016.

Having looked at your request we are seeking clarification on the points raised in your request.

- What is BI in full
- The information re upgrades may take longer to provide as upgrades occur as and when new sofware is available (to avoid holding up the request please advise)
- Specify which values you require - for which software
- DBAs in full

As advised, we require clarification of the points raised before we can proceed with completing our response to ensure that we are providing the appropriate information that you require.

Whilst we are awaiting your clarification, we will place your request “on hold” until we receive your response. This extends the 20 working day timescale which will start again once we receive feedback from our clarification points above. If we do not receive clarification within three months your request will be considered to have lapsed.
