In response to your email, the financial information system used by MWDA is procured via a Service Level Agreement with St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council. We do not have or maintain our own system.

I hope that the information provided is sufficient to answer your request, however if you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request you have the right for an internal review.
