EPR Name: The majority of reporting is done from within individual line of business applications, some of these have embedded business objects licences. The Council also has its own business objects licences and is also now using PowerBI.
Date of purchase: Business objects Council owned platform first purchased 18/11/2014, the first licence for PowerBI was purchased 03/10/2019, from 01/07/2022 PowerBI is available to all users through our current Microsoft agreement.

For Social/Community services we have included the Councils main contracts for Adults and Childrens social care but please let us know if this area is meant to be broader and highlight any other areas you want us to include. For request management we have included details of the Councils primary system for requests however there will be other systems which manage this in some line of business applications.
