1. What ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) or Finance system is currently used at the police force?

2. When does your contract expire?

3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?

4. Are you planning to go to market for a different ERP/ Finance system? If so, when?

5. How many users / licenses of the system do you have at the police force?

6. Who is the person responsible for your ERP / Finance system? Please provide full name, title and contact information if possible.

I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act for
information about ERP/Finance systems.

In order to locate the information you have requested, we need more
clarification in relation to the specific nature of your request. You have
asked for information regarding the police force. However, we are a Fire
and Rescue Service and will be unable to provide information on behalf of
the police force. Could you please confirm whether you would like
information regarding the police force or Wiltshire Fire and Rescue
Service? Could you also please clarify what you mean by ERP (Enterprise
Resource Management)?

Please forward this clarification at your earliest convenience.  Until
such time as this clarification is received, we shall hold your request in
abeyance and the statutory time limit will not apply until the
clarification is received.

If I do not hear from you within 3 months I shall take it that you do not
wish to pursue this request and will consider the request closed.
