Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please could your office supply any past information on the Beautiful Ideas company and how do I send a file on this company to the new Government Inspector Mr. Max Caller would the council have his address in Liverpool?
The request I am asking for is:
1] Was Cllr. Small involved in the BIC and was he on the pay roll?
2] Was Erika Ruston ex consultant to Liverpool city council, involved and did your office know as to why she took a £30,000 payment from BIC?
3] Was Cllr Ann O’Byrne involved with the BIC and was she taking a fee, did she record these payments to herself and declare them to the LCC?
4] Was her daughter involved and at the time was her daughter also a Liverpool Labour council at the same time working on the car park collecting cash with recording the taking?
5] Was Cllr Mumby involved in the BIC?
6] Did the council (LCC) sell or pass on this land to a company known as (The Flanagan group) to set up and run the Beautiful Ideas Company and if so, did the (Flanagan group) pay back any rents or good will fees to the city council?

6] Did then the city council sell this land (Car Park) to Liverpool football club for £600,000 if so, what happened to all the cash payments collected from the Beautiful Ideas company
In the accounts and files’ all (78 pages) gross mismanagement has took place, along with missing cash that needs to be addressed by this new Government Inspector.
7] Please could you forward his full details and e-mail address and hopefully his legal team could investigate this case or forwards to the SFO London.
