In response to the points you have raised, I have attached copies of two LFB policies; Policy no. 0557 and Policy no. 0761 that I believe will provide you with the information you require.
As you may be aware, USAR is governed and organised nationally as part of National Resilience. The attached policies are the LFB's own internal documents used as guidance for its staff.
