Equality Impact Assessment re closure of East Cowes Library

The request was successful.

Dear Isle of Wight Council,

Please could you inform me whether an Equality Impact Assessment has been completed in relation to your proposal to close East Cowes Library, and indeed other libraries on the Isle of Wight, from the end of this financial year?

My understanding of your Equality and Diversity statement on the Council's own website is that such an Equality Impact Assessment should have been completed, please provide me with a copy of this Assessment.

Yours faithfully,

Keith Wolton
