Equality Impact Assessment Foster Care National Minimum Allowances
Dear Department for Education,
I am writing to make a request for all the following information which I am entitled to under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please can you provide a copy of the equality screening or equality impact assessment for the foster care national minimum allowance as detailed on https://www.gov.uk/support-for-foster-pa....
I would like the above information to be provided to me as an electronic copy.
If the request is too broad or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand under the Act you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of the information is already in the public domain, please send it to me directly with page references or URLs when necessary.

I have interpreted your request to relate to the overall policy for a
National Minimum allowance (NMA). The national minimum allowance was
introduced in 2007, prior to the introduction of the 2010 Equality Act.
Therefore, we were not required to complete an equality impact assessment
and do not hold one.
The information supplied to you continues to be protected by copyright.
