Equality Assessment for Coronavirus Bill / Act 2020

The request was successful.

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

I am writing to request information that I understand your Department holds and which should be made publicly accessible. This request is made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

According to the Impact Assessment for the Coronavirus Bill 2020 (now Act), published by your department on Gov.uk and Parliament.uk [1][2], an "equalities assessment has been carried out separately, as part of the Public Sector Equalities Duty" (p.4, [2])

However, I have been unable to locate a copy of the Equalities Assessment online. Please could you provide a copy to me, or direct me to where it is published online?

Yours faithfully,

Judith Townend
