Equality Act audit of the Royal Courts of Justice estate

The request was partially successful.

Dear HM Courts and Tribunals Service,

I understand that an Equality Act audit was conducted on the Royal Courts of Justice Main Building, West Green, Thomas More and Queens Buildings to assess the physical barriers to good access across the RCJ estate. The surveys were completed in March 2022, reports were finalised in May 2022 and discussions about prioritising work have or are subsequently being held.

Please supply the reports that resulted from the audit, the action plans that have resulted from the audit and the reports, and information on the prioritisation / works to be undertaken as a result.

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

Doug Paulley
