District Council have ensured Waystones complied with Equality Act 2010
throughout all of the company's communication activities to residents of
Clowne and Barlborough re: proposed regeneration of North Clowne, which we
received on 19th January 2018.
 
Your request is being considered under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004. We aim to answer your request within 20 working days
from the date we received it, as prescribed under the regulations.  
 
The regulations define a number of exceptions which may prevent release of
the information you have requested. You will be informed if this is the

Please can you tell me how you have ensured Waystone's complied with the
Equality Act 2010 throughout all of the company's Communication activities

No information held.
Bolsover District Council does not have responsibility for the
consultation undertaken by Waystones, which was done prior to the formal
submission of the current application on a voluntary basis and was not
carried out on behalf of the Council. There are also no legal
requirements to carry out this consultation from a planning perspective
Therefore, we do not hold any information related to this request, which
relates to the responsibilities of a third party. You may wish to contact 
Waystones direct in this matter.
