Dear Leicester City Council,

Please could you provide the following information:

• The number of Children and Young Persons (CYP) aged 5-16 resident in Leicester City Council who are receiving EOTAS (Education Other than At School)?
• The number of post-16 students who are receiving EOTAS.
• The Council members of staff who run the EOTAS provision and their email addresses and phone numbers?
• Is the council in a contract with an external provider for tuition services? If so, who is the provider/providers? If not, how is education provided for these students?
• What has been the total spend with External Agencies as part of the EOTAS provision? Can this be broken down to the spend with each individual agency.

Thank you for your email of 6^th July 2023 requesting information about
EOTAS.

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification.

Please can you confirm over what time period should your below question
cover?

• What has been the total spend with External Agencies as part of the
EOTAS provision? Can this be broken down to the spend with each individual
agency.

Once you have clarified your request, we will be able to reconsider your
request.  If this clarification is not received within 1 month of the date
of this email, your request will be considered to have lapsed.  Under
Section 1(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), a public
authority need not comply with a request unless any further information
reasonably required to locate the information is supplied.
