Dear Ms McCarthy

 

Freedom of Information request:  FOI-49

 

Thank you for your request dated 05/07/23.

 

Our response is as follows:

 

The number of Children and Young Persons (CYP) aged 5-16 resident in
Greenwich Borough Council who are receiving EOTAS (Education Other than At
School)? 4 have EOTAS named on their plans

• The number of post-16 students who are receiving EOTAS. 4 have EOTAS
named on their plans

• The Council members of staff who run the EOTAS provision and their email
addresses and phone numbers? This would be the whole of the SEND Team as
no particular officer has responsibility for EOTAS.

• Is the council in a contract with an external provider for tuition
services? If so, who is the provider/providers? If not, how is education
provided for these students? We currently use Our Futures Tuition,
Teaching Personal, Bright Heart, Equal Education, Winna Tutorial Collage,
EOTAS Power Tutors, Spectrum Space & JDS Recruitment

• What has been the total spend with External Agencies as part of the
EOTAS provision? Can this be broken down to the spend with each individual
agency? We are unable to  provide a breakdown per agency, however we have
attached a breakdown of per child'
