• The number of Children and Young Persons (CYP) aged 5-16 resident in
Brent Borough Council who are receiving EOTAS (Education Other than At
School)?
• The number of post-16 students who are receiving EOTAS.
• The Council members of staff who run the EOTAS provision and their email
addresses and phone numbers?
• Is the council in a contract with an external provider for tuition
services? If so, who is the provider/providers? If not, how is education
provided for these students?
• What has been the total spend with External Agencies as part of the
EOTAS provision? Can this be broken down to the spend with each individual
agency.

I   can confirm that Brent Council holds the information you have
requested.

and included all Elective Home Education.

Please note that we are unable to fulfil your request for staff details
falling under the head of service. The disclosure of such information is
restricted due to privacy and confidentiality considerations, as well as
the need to maintain the security and integrity of our organisation's
operations.

• Is the council in a contract with an external provider for tuition

The SEND team do not hold a contract with an external provider for tuition
services. We procure these services on a spot purchase basis.
• What has been the total spend with External Agencies as part of the
EOTAS provision? Can this be broken down to the spend with each individual
agency?
£237,985.20 -total for personal budget arrangements. We are unable to
provide a breakdown of spend with each individual agency, the disclosure
of such information is restricted due to commercial sensitivity.
