2. If you have internal teams what is the size of the teams?
3. Do you use purchase any of the following systems:
rostering
Scheduling
Mobile working app
4.Who provides these and what is the contract renewal/end dates?
5. If you do not purchase systems have you built your own or is it manual processes (e.g spreadsheets)
6. If you work with outsourcers, who are they?
