I am writing on behalf of Searches UK Ltd. We have recently carried out a preliminary environmental risk assessment of the above residential property which has identified the following potentially contaminative land uses of concern on site/adjacent to the site:

Based on this, are you able to confirm:

• Whether you are aware of the above potentially contaminative land use/s at the site?
• Whether the study site (or any part thereof) likely to be assessed in accordance with Part 2A EPA 1990 or as part of the Local Authority Contaminated Land Inspection Strategy? Please give details of likely priority and approximate time scales if known.
• Are you aware of any remedial works undertaken during the site’s development?
