I purchased a GroundSure environmental report on 36 College Place, Kemptown, and it came back saying that they need written confirmation from the Environmental Health Department of the Local Authority of the below;

1. Are you aware of the historic land use of the area (garage adjacent to the site between circa 1965 and 1981),
2. Are you considering any further action against the study site or any surrounding sites (either informally or formally) under this legislation,
3. If the Local Authority are considering further action under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, please establish the level of priority assigned to this site (category level and number within category) and likely timescale (i.e. approximately how many do they investigate per annum).
I would appreciate any answers, help or recommendations to the subject. I do need to get back to my buyers in order to complete and exchange.
