Dear Kent County Council, C/o Ms Redford,

Mollie could you please enquire to the 12 districts including Medway Council for me? KCC should as overseers of the county especially in light of the recent 'purported' influenza outbreak hold such vital information on file. Please request the data sheets the findings of which should be on public record, If you're unable to collate the said data I will happily do this for you.

However failure to return with the requested data will place KCC in breach of FOI legislation and in turn will trigger an internal and possible judicial review - furthermore a commercial lien may also be applied to your 'person' for obstructing the request.

I'm a patient man, these few internal Council to Council enquires should take no longer than 7-10 working days, henceforth I look forward to receiving said data for all our mutual benefit.

Yours sincerely,
Dr Mark-Lee:Giles, B.A.Sc(Hons).Ma.PhD

Dear Dr. Giles,

KCC does not hold this information. Therefore, under FOI law we have
provided you with the details on how to obtain this information from the
District or Borough Councils. Under FOI law, that is all we need to
provide you with as we do not need to source information that we do not
currently hold at the time of the request.

Kind regards
