The request was partially successful.

Dear South Norfolk District Council,

What software do you use for Environmental Crime Enforcement (Issue and processing of fixed penalty notices)?
When does the current contract with the software supplier end?

Yours faithfully,

Bobby Lightfoot

Right2Know,

Dear Bobby

I refer to your Freedom of Information request to which I am now in a position to respond on behalf of South Norfolk Council. The Community Protection Team do not use any of the proprietary dedicated software packages for the issue and processing of fixed penalty notices on behalf of South Norfolk Council. However, our Idox Uniform software has been developed so that it can generate fixed penalty notices and we also use the same software to record information relating to any fixed penalty notices served.

I hope this is of assistance and is sufficient to meet your requirements, but if, for whatever reason you wish to get back to me, please feel free to do so. In particular if you are unhappy with the information provided or how your request was handled please let me know and I will explain how you can request an internal review of our decision.

Please quote SFOI 20-56 in any further correspondence concerning this request.

Regards
