Dear Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust,

I would appreciate it if you could supply answers to the following questions:

1) the number of cases you have had of paediatric patients with enteroviral myocarditis over each of the last five years (financial or calendar - whichever you prefer).

1b) If numbers are sufficiently large enough to allow, a breakdown by age of patient. Categories suggested: neonate (upto 28 days), infant (28 days to 2 years), child (older than 2 years).

2) the number of patients who survived and/or died.
