Dear DMC (Croydon),
DEAR sir/madam
Hope you are doing well. I am sending you this email regarding an information about entering to UK with my EEA (British national) spouse who is exercising her EU treaty rights to an other EEA state as a self-employed person. I have 3 months ACC/JOIN/EEA/EU Swiss cit visa under the directive 2004/38/EC for this EEA (ROI) state where my spouse is exercising her EU treaty rights. we want to visit UK for one week without EEA family permit or residence card as we were reading somewhere that we can visit UK when accompanying by a EEA (British national ) who is exercising treaty rights in an other EEA state. I have applied for my EU1 residency card application couple of weeks ago in this EEA state and want to go UK for a week with my EEA (British national) spouse. we have all the documents proof for this state that we have been living together here and i am the direct family member of an EEA (British national who is exercising her EU treaty rights in EEA state other than UK). so please guide us with your best that what is the procedure and if we can only visit UK without holding EEA family permit, Residence card, Permanent Residence card, or entry visa with EEA(British national) .
thanking you
regards
